Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and quality control for land rights documentation, including deeds, easements, permits, and related records
Maintain and update land inventory systems, including tabular databases and GIS tools
Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data standards
Support Quality Assurance / Quality Control and data clean-up initiatives
Collaborate with Real Estate Agents, Researchers, and internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies
Assist with invoicing data entry and other special projects as assigned
Ensure data integrity across systems of record while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent organizational, time management, and work management skills
Strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and active listening skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Demonstrated work ethic and self-motivation
High School Diploma and 4 years of professional data entry, data management, or analytics experience OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of professional data entry, data management, or analytics experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of professional data entry, data management, or analytics experience
Preferred
Familiarity with data management best practices
Experience or working knowledge of GIS tools
Knowledge of real estate terminology, land rights, easements, or property documentation
Basic understanding of utility, infrastructure, or construction-related systems and operations
Experience supporting QA/QC or data remediation initiatives
