They are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join their Operation Planning and Optimization team, where the intern will work on improving the operation planning process and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities
Re-write 'end to end' Operation Planning process, including improvements
Reduce timeline for production allocation from 10 weeks to 8 weeks
Work closely with Operation Planning, Operation optimization, Business Units, Engineering and Manufacturing to improve roles and responsibility, adjusting current process for on lean and faster decision making
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution during the internship period
Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering (ideal)
Other options include Supply Chain/Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics
Degree/experience related to the position (e.g., Process flow, roles and responsibility connecting Manufacturing and Production planning)
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks between May 11, 2026, and August 14, 2026
Process flows, lean manufacturing and program management understanding
