Civil EIT - Aviation Pavement Management
Kimley-Horn is a leading engineering firm, and they are seeking Engineering graduates to join their Aviation Pavement Management team. The role involves supporting the design and analysis of pavement projects, conducting evaluations, and utilizing technical software while maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Support the pre-construction design, planning, modification, and analysis of airfield and roadway pavement projects
Travel to project locations nationwide to perform pavement condition evaluations
Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables, including AutoCAD, Excel, GIS, FAARFIELD, PAVER, and others
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of aviation management and other staff, contractors, and others encountered in the course of work
As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions
Travel may be required (approximately 40%)
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience with a civil engineering design firm
Bachelors or Masters from an ABET accredited university in the field of Civil Engineering
Proficient knowledge of Excel functions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
Ability to work independently and as a team
Preferred
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, PAVER, FAARFIELD preferred
