Responsibilities
Conduct and/or proctor COVID-19 testing for TMs while ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
Respond to employee questions regarding isolation periods and return to work eligibility
Partner with DC HR Business Partner, DC Operations and SSC Compliance Department to assist on representing Tractor Supply Company (TSC) for any case management questions
Facilitate and/or provide reporting to DC leadership
Recommend new processes as needed to DC leadership
Maintain working relationships with all DC team members and adheres to all TSC policies and procedures by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies related to safe working conditions
Participate with management in investigating safety issues and violations
Execute other duties as assigned by HRBP
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field
Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
Preferred
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented approach to work
Ability to effectively coach team members and management through complex and difficult issues
Ability to research and analyze various types of data information
Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues
