Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, standardization, and strategic direction of React based front-end applications
Define a scalable and maintainable React platform
Establish development standards
Guide teams through modernization initiatives
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and other teams to ensure consistency, accessibility and long-term sustainability across all react applications
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in React.js (hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit or equivalent)
Strong working experience with TypeScript and modern java script (ES6+)
Experience with component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design or similar)
Strong understanding of RESTful API integration patterns: back-end experience (Nods.js, Spring Boot, NestJS)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Preferred
React or Front-End Development certifications
AWS certified Solutions Architect
Agile / Scrum / Architecture certifications
