Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the People & Culture Business Partner team
Partner closely on matters involving workforce strategy, organizational development, engagement & retention, employee relations, and other workforce member lifecycle needs
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executives and senior leaders
Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, engagement, and support healthcare outcomes objectives
Lead enterprise-wide HR programmatic work
Leverage analytics, data insights, and emerging technologies to enhance People & Culture effectiveness
Ensure initiatives are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing HR business partners and leading complex employee relations investigations
Proven success in building relationships and advising executives on organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives
Experience using data, metrics, and analytics to drive decisions and measure organizational impact
Strong understanding of employment law, compliance standards, and best-in-class People & Culture practices
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development
SHRM-SCP/SPHR/ODCC or equivalent certification
Experience implementing HR technology, AI, or automation solutions to enhance and scale People & Culture functions
Prior experience with a unionized workforce
Prior experience in healthcare, academic research, or complex matrixed organizations
