They are seeking Social Media Content Interns to curate content for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok, while gaining hands-on experience in music promotion and brand building.

Responsibilities
Curate and schedule playlist-style posts across social media platforms, primarily Instagram
Collaborate with the team to align content with brand messaging and audience interests
Research trending and non-mainstream music
Contribute ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and collaborations to boost engagement and grow our online community
Use design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create graphics, images, and simple videos that capture the essence of the brand
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for music, especially genres like Hip-Hop, Alternative R&B, Amapiano, Afrohouse, and Funk
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and an understanding of best practices for each
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Enthusiasm for music discovery and the power of community building through digital platforms
