Netorbit Inc is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to work closely with business and technical teams on ServiceNow-based solutions. This role involves analyzing and designing processes, leading workshops, and ensuring successful adoption of ServiceNow functionalities across various workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Design future-state processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices

Lead process definition, re-engineering, and optimization workshops with key stakeholders

Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business owners and SMEs

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Guide customers in completing required functional documentation and workbooks

Act as a Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow capabilities across IT and customer workflows

Advocate configuration over customization to ensure scalability and upgradeability

Guide customers on leveraging standard ServiceNow features to meet business goals

Partner with technical teams during design, development, and testing phases

Support unit testing, UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

Ensure functional requirements are met before deployment

Support implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, Issue Auto Resolution, Document Intelligence, and Generative AI

Advise customers on practical use cases and adoption of new platform features

Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and engagement managers throughout the project lifecycle

Act as an advocate for customer needs while managing scope and expectations

Contribute as a key member of the engagement delivery team

Conduct end-user and administrator training sessions

Support change management initiatives to drive adoption

Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to customer teams

Prepare customer-facing process documentation and functional design artifacts

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and process flows

Ensure documentation supports long-term usability and maintainability
