Senior Recruiting Coordinator
Mission Staffing is a trusted leader in executive search specializing in permanent and temporary placements across various sectors. They are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support their Sales and Account Management teams by managing interview coordination, candidate communication, and administrative tasks while also assisting with sales operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to confirm interview logistics
Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) as needed
Support the recruiting process by assisting with job postings, interview prep materials, and follow-ups
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and organization
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team, including scheduling client meetings and follow-ups
Assist with preparation of sales materials such as proposals, presentations, and client documents
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and support pipeline reporting
Partner with internal teams to help streamline workflows and ensure smooth handoffs between recruiting and sales
Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sales support, administrative support, or related roles
Experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, or corporate environments
Strong scheduling and calendar management skills (Outlook/Google Calendar)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred
Experience working with ATS and/or CRM platforms
Experience working with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
