Responsibilities
Help individuals develop career goals and assess the best job matches to support them in achieving meaningful, successful employment
Identify local employment opportunities through our proprietary business development process
Coaching and guiding individuals at their job sites
Working with individuals to develop career goals and objectives
Prospecting, qualifying and outreaching to businesses to identify potential job opportunities for our individuals
Using your vehicle to transport individuals to and from job interviews (mileage reimbursement provided)
Teaching individuals how to create a customized resume, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling within your local community
Monday – Friday, daytime business hours (flexibility offered for part-time)
Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device
Previous experience in high-touch customer service environments
Ability to coach and guide individuals at their job sites
Ability to work with individuals to develop career goals and objectives
Ability to prospect, qualify and outreach to businesses to identify potential job opportunities for individuals
Ability to teach individuals how to create a customized resume, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews
Preferred
