The Manager of InfoSec Business Continuity and Resilience will provide strategic oversight for IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and leading cross-functional efforts to enhance enterprise-wide resilience.

Responsibilities

Leverage visualization tools (e.g. Visio, CMDB, or GRC platforms) to document and validate interdependencies that support business impact analyses and recovery tiering

Lead and mentor the teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and proactive risk management

Manage performance, training, succession planning, and cross-training initiatives

Provide vision, direction, and strategic oversight for the IT Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, ensuring alignment with ISO 22301, DRII Professional Practices, HIPAA, HITRUST, and other applicable regulations

Lead cross-functional efforts within IT in collaboration with security, risk management, and clinical/business departments to support enterprise-wide resilience objectives through IT-specific continuity and recovery strategies

Oversee lifecycle management of AdventHealth IT business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery plans (DRP), and incident response protocols

Drive the execution of risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) across all AdventHealth IT business units

Defines and tracks KPIs (e.g. time to recover, compliance audit readiness, drill success rates) to measure and improve resilience program performance

Lead development and validation of DR plans across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) are met

Guide technology teams in dependency mapping, failover/failback strategies, and automation using tools like Zerto, VMware Live Recovery, and Azure Site Recovery

Direct execution of DR drills, failover simulations, and scenario testing with executive stakeholders

Build and maintain GRC-based continuity dashboards, mass notification systems, SharePoint collaboration sites, and policy documentation

Manage crisis management readiness, including tabletop exercises, Incident Command System (ICS) coordination, and post-incident reviews

Oversee end-to-end application discovery and dependency mapping to enable seamless continuity and recovery planning

Ensure accurate identification of technical, business, and third-party dependencies across hybrid environments

Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security to maintain up-to-date maps that inform RTO/RPO decisions, risk assessments, and failover prioritization
