Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); California PE required within one year
Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Strong technical writing and analytical skills
Proficient with MS Office, GIS, and modeling tools (e.g., InfoWater, SewerCAD)
Support design, analysis, permitting, and project planning under guidance
Collaborate with project teams and grow into a leadership role
Proven project leadership and budget management
Responsible for schedules, client communication, and agency coordination
Strategic planning, workload balancing, and business development

2 years of water/wastewater engineering experience (Required)
Professional Engineer license (Required)
