Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI strategy roles

Proven expertise in AI strategy, operating models, and capability building

Strong solution design and implementation understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with both strategic perspective and hands-on development experience

Demonstrated ability to align AI capabilities with business value and measurable outcomes

Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and risk management frameworks

Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries

Proven experience in gap analysis, capability maturity assessments, and AI roadmap design

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders

Strong facilitation skills and proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders

Prior experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large enterprises (preferred)
