Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies that inspire philanthropic action and drive funding for our high-impact initiatives, including ICONIQ Impact Co-Labs—our collaborative philanthropy vehicles that enable donors to learn about issue areas and co-fund a diverse portfolio of grantees alongside experts
Support business development efforts by designing compelling, high-quality donor materials, including presentations, impact reports, and other engagement tools that communicate impact effectively and align with ICONIQ Impact’s mission and values
Design and execute high-profile, private events that convene philanthropists, thought leaders, celebrities, and changemakers to accelerate global impact
Work with the team to curate meaningful programming and speakers, including leading experts, activists, and high-profile figures, to inspire action
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality materials that drive engagement and impact, including newsletter articles, thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn posts, Q&As, press releases, impact reports, event recaps, and more
Lead the relationship with our PR firm, ensuring strategic media outreach that enhances ICONIQ Impact’s visibility and credibility, securing and managing external speaking opportunities for senior ICONIQ staff at high-level conferences and events, including talking points and presentations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in communications, marketing, and event production within philanthropy, nonprofit, or corporate impact
Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and marketing strategies that mobilize philanthropic giving and increase brand visibility
Excellent writing and presentation skills, with a keen eye for visual and data-driven storytelling
A deep commitment to social impact and philanthropy, with knowledge of pressing global challenges
Ability to build relationships and trust across varied geographies and cultures
Deep curiosity to learn about a vast array of topics that span multiple issue areas and/or geographies
