Responsibilities

Write and refine programs for multi-axis CNC Swiss machines (Citizen, Tsugami), using CAM software, G-code, and interpreting complex drawings (GD&T)
Set up machines, load stock, install tooling, and adjust parameters (speeds, feeds) for new and existing jobs
Perform in-process and final inspections, check dimensions against specifications, and create inspection plans
Diagnose and resolve machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot processes to improve outcomes
Suggest and implement ideas to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and shorten cycle times
Work with engineers, quality, and other machinists, potentially mentoring team members
