Provide technical support for the Capital Region Branches including Clifton Park, Colonie, Green Island, Guilderland, Halfmoon, Latham, Malta, Niskayuna, and Rotterdam, NY
Hardware and software deployment and troubleshooting
Support for new branch builds
Remote End-user support
Equipment relocation as needed
Conference room support (MTR rooms)
IPhone deployments, etc
Collaborate closely with other IT teams and the retail team
