Responsibilities

Design and execute global Employee Experience and Culture initiatives aligned with Cyera’s business goals and values, in close partnership with the People and Operations teams and the IL Global Employee Experience Manager

Translate shared strategy into clear, actionable plans and drive execution across regions, sites, and work models (on-site, hybrid, remote)

Lead defined Employee Experience programs end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and meaningful local impact

Partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Leadership, Managers, IT, Facilities, Operations) in a global, matrixed environment

Influence and align stakeholders without formal authority to ensure effective execution

Balance global consistency with thoughtful local adaptation of Cyera’s culture and initiatives

Use feedback and data to continuously assess impact and drive improvement
