Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals
Collaborate with wealth advisors to deliver integrated tax, estate, insurance, and financial planning strategies
Ensure accuracy and quality across planning deliverables
Partner with leadership to enhance workflows and processes as the firm grows
Stay current on tax law and planning trends; share insights proactively

Qualification

Required

Deep expertise in advanced tax and financial planning strategies (S-corps, pass-through entities, charitable planning, income deferral, estate and legacy planning)
Experience advising high-net-worth clients, including multigenerational families and agricultural businesses
Leadership experience—able to inspire and guide a team working across multiple locations
Comfortable working virtually while fostering strong team and client relationships
Approachable, grounded communication style that resonates with clients and colleagues
10+ years of experience in advanced tax and financial planning
Strong understanding of high-net-worth and agricultural client needs
Familiarity with planning software and virtual client engagement
Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings and events
