Serve as a primary point of contact between attorneys and client claims representatives

Request, obtain, and review medical and legal records

Draft and update case status reports and summaries

Coordinate with clients to obtain approval for experts, investigations, and litigation-related expenses

Research and identify potential medical expert witnesses

Track and ensure compliance with court deadlines and client guidelines

Monitor and manage outstanding discovery and case-specific requirements

Support partners in all client-specific litigation needs from pre-suit investigation through resolution
