Execution Technician I

The Execution Technician I will support a team in managing work requests and ensuring workflow progression, while also providing technical support and customer communication.

Responsibilities
Supports a team of Production Leads within the region
Works with all our contractor partners and supports them as needed
Assigned to duty roster for after-hours restoration support activities
Use’s new Salesforce Application for contractor assigned work
Submits planned outage notifications for customers
Collaborates with job owners and project managers on assigned Work Requests
Prepares job packages
Manages work request dependencies and task (requirements)
Manages and maintains 52 week calendar for resource availability
As-built work request for proper closing (labor and material)
Completes customer communication letters
Updates various databases (NJUNS, vault inspection, etc.)
Verifies invoices
Meets attendance and storm duty requirements
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 3+ years
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
