Responsibilities

Overseeing strategy, contracting, and relationship management for complex or high-value professional services procurements

Providing guidance and decision support to business leaders on provider selection, engagement models, and sourcing approach

Act as key advisor to stakeholders (OGC, Finance, Workforce Planning, and others) for high-impact sourcing and contracting matters

Managing intake, workflow, and approvals for sourcing requests and handling escalations and exceptions

Advising on vendor sourcing strategy and engagement models

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

12 or more years of procurement management experience

Deep understanding of professional services category, ideally with a 'Big 4' firm

Persuasive and convincing communication skills (e.g., proposals, reports, plans) to secure commitment from business leaders

Category Management process expertise

Strong data & analytics understanding (e.g., complex TCO modeling, presentation storyboarding skills)

Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Ability to interpret Member Firm needs and commercial strategies as input into global Master Category Strategies
