The role involves supporting staffing solutions, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of temporary healthcare staffing solutions to meet program and client needs

Serve as a primary point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution

Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with a large network of teaming partners across multiple contracts

Ensure full compliance with all staffing requirements, credentialing standards, and program criteria

Coordinate activities spanning pre-award planning through post-award execution to ensure operational readiness and successful service delivery

Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and support continuous improvement efforts across the staffing program

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a healthcare setting

Demonstrated experience leading or managing a large partner or vendor network to achieve customer requirements

Familiarity with healthcare staff credentialing, training, and onboarding processes

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, if required

Preferred

Experience managing teaming partnerships, vendor relationships, or multi-organization collaboration efforts in a federal contracting environment
