The role involves executing development programs, supporting talent management, and liaising with lawyers and staff to enhance training initiatives.

Responsibilities

Preparation for and execution of annual milestone development programs in collaboration with other AD team members
Preparation for and execution of orientation initiatives and programming, including mentorship programs
Support the talent management function, including serving as subject matter expert on administration of biannual non-partner review process
Assist with the administration of Attorney Development team initiatives and activities
Liaise with lawyers and staff at all levels and perform other related duties as assigned
Support section/practice group-specific training series – development and administration
Implement firmwide training initiatives as required
Follow-up with speakers (internal and external, as necessary) to procure materials, provide editing support, and confirm program details in advance of training presentation
Manage logistics, including Outlook invitations, room reservations, A/V and technology requests, meals, and travel when needed, etc. for integration meetings and training programs

Required

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least two years' experience with similar responsibilities in a large law firm or professional services organization
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications is required
Candidate must be highly organized and possess excellent attention to detail skills
Candidate should be comfortable communicating effectively with all levels of individuals in the Firm
This individual has a vital role in promoting and coordinating the attorney training programs and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

JD or other advanced degrees are a plus
Experience with Micron, Workday and Smartsheet platforms preferred
