Responsibilities

Lead strategic discovery with business units to understand data needs, use cases, and solution options
Translate enterprise strategy into actionable data initiatives and a prioritized roadmap
Facilitate alignment between business leaders, IT teams, and broader enterprise programs
Conduct current-state assessments, maturity benchmarking, and gap analyses
Support business case development, value realization models, and initiative prioritization
Advise on best practices for data governance, data products, data lifecycle management, and advanced analytics/AI
Provide executive-level guidance, communication, and change leadership

Required

10+ years of experience in data strategy, consulting, or digital transformation
Proven experience defining enterprise data operating models and multi-year roadmaps
Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, analytics, and AI capabilities

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
