Responsibilities
Advise human resources and business leaders on talent development processes and strategies
Research, design, and develop talent development programs that support organizational culture and strategy
Partner with business and functional leaders to assess talent needs and align solutions
Collaborate with HR teams to deliver integrated and scalable talent solutions
Set standards, processes, and tools for enterprise talent development
Measure and report the effectiveness of talent development initiatives
Coach human resources partners on the use of talent tools, programs, and resources
Drive continuous improvement and change management for talent development processes
Manage facilitation and program support for talent development initiatives
Monitor external trends and lead benchmarking to improve talent strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in talent development, leadership development, and performance management
Ability to consult with human resources and business leaders to provide strategic guidance
Strong facilitation and change management capabilities
Ability to use data and analytics to drive talent decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in corporate human resources disciplines such as talent development or talent management
Experience working as a human resources business partner or consultant
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in human resources consulting firms
Availability to work with stakeholders in the Eastern Time Zone
