Responsibilities

Lead the month-end closing process for a portfolio of hotels, ensuring all deadlines are met
Prepare and review P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements in accordance with USALI
Perform bank reconciliations, monitor intercompany transactions, and manage accruals/prepayments
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any variances

Hotel Accounting ExperienceUSALI KnowledgeM3 ExperienceGeneral Ledger ManagementFinancial Reporting

Required

5+ years of hotel accounting experience
Understanding of the Uniform Systems of Accounts for the Lodging Industry
