Homeowner and Mortgage Services Manager
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of a Homeowner and Mortgage Services Manager. This role involves supporting U.S. affiliate organizations with mortgage services, ensuring compliance, and delivering training and technical assistance in mortgage regulations and financial education for prospective homeowners.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the HFHI team that designs, rolls out and provides ongoing administration of training, written and on-line resources and technical assistance relating to (1) all aspects of residential mortgage lending and servicing, (2) outreach, selection and training of/interaction with prospective Habitat homeowners and (3) development of new financial training for residents of Habitat focus communities, focusing on emerging DEI components of housing equity (20%)
Provide consulting services and deliver training workshops to affiliates and HFHI staff relating to the above areas (35%)
Curate relationships and resources with like-organizations to deliver updated content to affiliates which will assist them in modernizing their operational support to homebuyers and homeowners (20%)
Manage and administer MyHabitat Homeowner and Mortgage Services site (10%)
Support Habitat Capital Mortgage Solutions by referring affiliates to the platform, and by teaching sound fundamentals that will ease onboarding onto the platform (15%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years' experience in developing and delivering training, coaching and consulting related to mortgage lending or lending regulatory training
Comfortable working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment and U.S. Habitat network
Proven ability to collaborate and create synergy with other affordable housing organizations to stay current on proven Homeowner Services trends
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and framework for mortgage lending and servicing, with a focus on consumer lending requirements
Commitment to staying current on changes to legal requirements and emerging best practices in the affordable housing finance sector, including Special Purpose Credit Programs
Outstanding people and customer service skills, and excellent verbal, written and public presentation skills and an aptitude for working on virtual teams and adapting to new and evolving technologies that support virtual work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a commitment to growth and mastering new skills
