Senior LevelTeal Energi is seeking a Senior Quality Change Management Lead to drive the implementation and organizational adoption of its Quality Management System across terminal and pipeline operations. This management-level role focuses on organizational change, leadership alignment, and continuous improvement in quality practices.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Change Agent for QMS adoption across terminal and pipeline business lines
Work with management, sub‑management, and supervisory groups to drive alignment with established QMS requirements
Provide training using approved materials and develop supplemental training as needed
Support organizational maturity by closing gaps and improving communication between groups and subgroups
Lead the rollout and embedding of the client’s fully approved QMS
Address and close gaps recently identified within supporting organizations (maintenance, warehousing, procurement)
Align teams with requirements endorsed by senior leadership
Strengthen governance, expectations, and consistent cross‑functional adherence
Support the client’s continuous improvement culture and help build sustainable QMS processes
Identify linkages between departments and close systemic gaps
Assist in documenting workflows, clarifying process responsibilities, and improving operational quality behaviors
Work across multiple organizational levels — management, mid‑level, and frontline — to ensure understanding and proper application of QMS elements
Deliver structured training aligned with established materials and organizational expectations
Reinforce accountability structures within functional groups
Use SAP (required) to support QMS alignment across maintenance, materials management, procurement, and quality workstreams
Ensure quality requirements integrate cleanly into SAP‑based workflows
Qualification
Required
Management background required (not a field QC/inspection profile)
Demonstrated success in organizational change leadership
Experience working across multiple layers of an organization
Strong familiarity with Quality Management Systems and process-based quality structures
SAP experience required
Ability to be onsite at the terminal 4–5 days per week
Ability to work effectively in an early-stage environment where gaps are still being identified
Strong communication, training, alignment, and facilitation abilities
Preferred
SAP experience (PM/MM/QM preferred)
Experience in oil, gas, petrochemical, or LNG industries preferred
