Behavioral Health Clinician II - Internal Medicine

Responsibilities
Providing screening, assessments, and focused brief treatment to patients of the practice
Conducting assessments
Developing treatment plans
Providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Providing curbside consultation to providers
Linking patients to additional services and supports
Participating in population health activities that targets the health and wellbeing of specific groups of people
Qualification
Required
Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required
Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field
Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR)
At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician
