Responsibilities
Design, configure, and administer network systems to support secure and efficient data communications
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain uptime and reliability
Manage load configurations and recommend upgrades for hardware and software to optimize network performance
Coordinate installation and maintenance of network equipment, including terminals, cabling, and connectivity solutions
Serve as a point of contact for performance analysis, scalability planning, and service architecture improvements
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate service agreements and ensure compliance with standards
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in network administration or systems engineering
Proficiency in networking protocols, Unix/Linux and Windows environments, and distributed computing systems
Hands-on experience with Internet security, Oracle ERP, and network monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with change management processes and best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based networking solutions and cybersecurity frameworks
Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and network optimization
