Responsibilities

Modernize Windows infrastructure hosting our heavily customized ResWare platform, title/escrow software requiring Office 365, Azure AD, network file sharing, SQL, and DMZ network for full features and automations
Lead the migration of Windows users to Mac OS while maintaining secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Utilize Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps frameworks to 'platformize' endpoint management and launch capabilities such as Zero-touch deployment (ZDM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), and device trust
Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to maximize AI adoption and engineering velocity

Required

5+ years of software engineering, IT automation, and/or platform management (Mac/Windows)
Expert in Windows AD and Mac/Windows hybrid environments
Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and software engineering
Expert in endpoint security (AV/EDR) and mobile device management (MDM)
Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring team members

Preferred

M.S. in Computer Science
Certifications in Azure, AWS, and Endpoint management
Familiarity with ResWare
