Office Administrator
Palm Communities is an affordable housing developer that is a boutique, family-owned and operated business with headquarters in Irvine, California. They are looking for a full-time office administrator to support daily operations by managing communication, organizing information, and maintaining office processes for smooth workflow.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls from the main line
Monitor and respond to emails and carry out requests from several executive team members
Check physical mail and packages, and distribute or scan/email to appropriate department
Sending out letters or packages, shipping, and returns
Order office and kitchen supplies at Target, Staples, Amazon, Costco, etc
Executive expense reimbursement forms and processing
Process and file paperwork related to corporate entities, vendor paperwork, and city license renewals
Circulate monthly staff meeting agenda, announcements, and notifications, etc
Qualification
Required
2 - 3 years experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
Prior experience in office management
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
