Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between operations, sales, manufacturing partners, and customers to ensure successful production of retail and private‑label products
Lead end‑to‑end project execution, demonstrating ownership for performance, timelines, and safety from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials, finished‑goods specifications, artwork details, and pallet patterns
Communicate project milestones and risks to all stakeholders, managing updates and potential customer escalations proactively
Serve as the primary contact for product specifications and production status, resolving constraints and strengthening customer relationships through consistent, high‑quality support
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a retail, a contract manufacturing, or manufacturing environment
Experience in a manufacturing company
Hands‑on ownership of retail onboarding processes
Item setup, SKU creation, and retailer compliance experience
Coordination with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams
Experience launching products into retail channels
Understanding of retailer portals, requirements, and distribution workflows
Minimum 3 years of project management experience with proven ability to drive initiatives to completion
Ability to manage high‑volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Strong focus on meeting project and customer objectives, even under pressure
Skilled in coordinating cross‑functional activities to ensure smooth project flow and operational alignment
