Support the Volunteering Manager and colleagues in developing and delivering the volunteer strategy as part of the Vision 2033 programme
Rollout of the Better Impact volunteer management system
Respond to enquiries and applications from volunteers
Administer safer recruitment checks
Maintain records for volunteers
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of systems, processes, meetings and events
Qualification
Required
Support the Volunteering Manager and colleagues in developing and delivering the volunteer strategy
Assist in the rollout of the Better Impact volunteer management system
Provide key volunteer engagement functions including responding to enquiries and applications
Administer safer recruitment checks
Maintain records related to volunteer management
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of systems, processes, meetings, and events
Willing and able to undergo relevant pre-employment checks including provision of proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Provide a full and complete employment history including any breaks in employment
Provide satisfactory references
