Responsibilities
Owning program management and being the trusted advisor that helps customers get the most value out of solutions
Architecting and managing the web performance, cloud computing and security solutions
Defining an account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline
Leading a cross functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy
Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent
Experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success
Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully
Knowledgeable on Devops, web development, web performance such as HTTPS, DNS
Familiarity with security technologies, with basic knowledge of methods used to protect data, applications, and infrastructure
Familiar with compute technologies, with basic knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills and articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
