Responsibilities

Applies appropriate level accounting skills; follows H-E-B-documented and appropriate procedures and internal control framework

Monitors output of technical processes required for electronic medium vendor invoices - Reviews, resolves exceptions within invoice reconciliation coordinating changes internally and externally to mitigate future issues

Processes payments for goods and services in timely manner for negotiated rate

Independently reconciles / resolves electronic invoice discrepancies as they occur

Monitors complex vendor / supplier transactions through multiple systems

Communicates with internal and external teams to resolve issues

Communicates and coordinates discrepancy resolution with suppliers and vendors

Communicates experience to Acctg Finance Specialists I, II, and III; assists in training them on more complex transactions
