Review, negotiate, and draft myriad commercial agreement to represent developers and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, public and private financing, and zoning

Examine and analyze loan documentation

Conduct title and survey reviews

Conduct legal research as needed

Required

Four or more years working as a commercial real estate associate in a law firm

Excellent academic and professional credentials including a law degree from a well-respected national, accredited law school

Four or more years acquired in a top law firm advising commercial real estate clients

Command of issues associated with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating myriad commercial estate documents associated with the acquisition, disposition, and loans associated with multi-million-dollar projects

Experience conducting tile and survey review

Fastidious attention to detail in oral and written communication
