Responsibilities
Actively participate on a designated Business Team and collaborate with Brand Teams
Prepare and analyze month-end financial data (profitability reports, shipment data, market share, trade spending)
Model P&L scenarios for M& A work, customer investments and new item evaluations
Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual sales budget exercises, including pricing and trade promotion spending
Capture financial results and projections for annual Marketing Reviews and Plans
Analyze monthly shipments, market share changes, and trade spending
Participate in strategic initiatives such as pricing work and S&OP discussions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a feedback-rich, team-based environment
