Responsibilities

Overseeing the design, governance, and enablement of high-quality insurance data across the enterprise
Partner closely with business, actuarial, finance, and technology teams to ensure that data related to policies, claims, underwriting, and reinsurance is accurate, consistent, and effectively leveraged for analytics, reporting, and decision-making

Required

Minimum of 12+ years of relevant professional experience in insurance data management
Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
Possess hands-on experience with querying and analysing data using SQL (or equivalent query languages) to explore, validate, and troubleshoot data issues independently
Experience with data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives
Experience with core insurance systems such as MG-ALFA
Experience with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements (STAT, GAAP, IFRS, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
