California Concepts is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Sales Management Trainees. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
Foster positive, long-term customer relationships using consultative skills
Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all clients
Act as a manager in the absence of senior leadership
Conduct group training sessions
Handle other duties as assigned
