Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day purchasing of HVAC equipment, tools, materials, and supplies
Maintain and negotiate pricing with approved vendors; source new vendors as needed
Track, allocate, and reconcile purchases across multiple job sites
Coordinate closely with Service and Warehouse Managers on purchasing, shipping, and inventory
Manage vendor contracts, review invoices, and perform cost and bid analysis
Maintain inventory levels and generate monthly usage and spend reports
Support estimating and bid pricing as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience within an HVAC or mechanical contracting environment
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work fully onsite in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sage 100 experience is a strong plus

Stable work history preferred
