Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT programs supporting print platform technology and facility operations
Build and manage integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple teams
Drive collaboration across siloed teams to ensure aligned execution and shared accountability
Track program progress, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues; proactively drive resolution
Define and coordinate testing activities across technical and operational environments, including input files, print cycles, and operational workflows
Establish clear program governance, including status reporting and escalation mechanisms
Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear visuals and program artifacts to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making
Engage in solution definition and strategic discussions to influence program outcomes
Navigate ambiguity and lead teams through change, reinforcing new processes and ways of working
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or similar field
7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional IT programs
Proven ability to drive execution across matrixed or siloed organizations
Strong program planning, coordination, and risk management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
Preferred
Experience in operational or technology-driven environments with complex workflows
Background in financial services, payments, or regulated technology environments
Program or project management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent)
