Responsibilities

Manage and lead multiple high visibility strategic projects and project teams to deliver business goals

Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, success measures, and estimated resources needed

Responsible for training project team members on new product development processes and holding the team accountable to deliverables, as well as resolving team conflicts

Plans and leads project review meetings to track progress and adapt to changes in scope, schedule delays, or other risks and issues

Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements

Communicates routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback

Developing and maintaining project management processes, ensuring standardization and flexibility between projects

Systematically identify and implementing improvements to the New Product Development and related processes
