The role involves troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and supporting end users while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot Angels of Care and customer-installed systems
Document KanTime support procedures and develop clear 'How-To' guides
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of electronic data records in accordance with Angels of Care standards
Communicate technical information and system functionality to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service, communication and collaboration skills
Solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred
Experience supporting end users in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
