HR & Finance Coordinator
Betts Precision is a growing company seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR & Finance Coordinator. This role involves managing human resources and finance functions, including employee onboarding, compliance, financial statements, and cash flow monitoring.

Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and off boarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local laws
Administer benefits and payroll (with payroll software)
Support employee relations, performance reviews, and training programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations
Oversee accounts payable/receivable
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements
Monitor cash flow and budgets, providing insights to management
Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance (state, federal)
Coordinate with external accountants/auditors as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in HR, finance, or combined operations roles
Strong knowledge of employment law and basic accounting principles
Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and accounting software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or HR
Experience in a small business or startup environment
