Responsibilities

Provide program management and coordination support for Office of the Chief of Staff initiatives
Conduct research and analysis to support senior management, federal sponsors, and team leads
Identify innovative and effective approaches to improve program planning, execution, and oversight
Produce bi-weekly high-level briefings, reports, and presentations for senior U.S. Government and partner nation officials
Ensure complex technical, financial, and programmatic information is communicated clearly and persuasively
Support project schedule development and maintenance
Track and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data
Prepare and manage project status reports and project documentation
Support the development of project descriptions and supporting materials
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information sharing

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, project management, or government support
Strong analytical and research skills
Demonstrated experience preparing briefings, reports, and presentations for senior audiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred

Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal environment
Prior experience working with or supporting NNSA or DOE programs
Experience with infrastructure, facilities, or large-scale federal programs
Strong analytical and reporting experience
Experience briefing senior leaders and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with federal project management and reporting processes
Master's degree in a related field
