Required

Full-time law student at an ABA-accredited law school

Preferred

Talent for thinking outside of the box in researching legal issues
Experience in the tech industry or previous experience in a corporate legal department
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Project management skills
Interest and willingness to embrace new technologies to help further operationalize team processes
Passion for tackling issues of first impression and/or foundational legal issues
