Responsibilities

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or business administration or related field

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project and program management in Wealth Management, Investment Management Systems Integrations, Data Migration

Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience in a medium to large scale enterprise

Ability to communicate effectively amongst IT technical teams, IT leadership, and Business stakeholders

Experience using the Change Management module like ServiceNow

Experience with both agile and fixed-price project management methodologies

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Prior experience working in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and/or Software Development

Strong on process but able to make sensible adaptations where needed

Strong Vendor Management skills

Strong Stakeholder management skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
