Responsibilities
Support one primary HR functional area (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, or compliance) based on departmental needs
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and agency interaction, as assigned
Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records in partnership with Payroll and internal stakeholders
Support employee separations, including documentation, notifications, and exit interview coordination, as applicable
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws; escalate compliance concerns as needed
Participate in HR projects, audits, and operational initiatives to support department and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
Preferred
Human Resources or related field preferred
