Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical service and support for the installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of Mindray networked products within your assigned region
Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mindray-installed networks and related software applications
Perform and support software upgrades, system installations, and network maintenance activities in hospital environments
Serve as a technical resource for customers, sales teams, and clinical education staff through on-site and remote support
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, partnering closely with Technical Support, Engineering, and other internal specialists to drive timely resolution
Document service activities in accordance with quality, regulatory, and service system requirements
Actively support service agreement (LSA) renewals by identifying opportunities, preparing quotations, and assisting with customer discussions
Maintain service tools, test equipment, loaner equipment, spare parts inventory, and company vehicle in proper working condition
Support regional service teams during specialized troubleshooting efforts and coordinated software update initiatives
Provide networking education, technical mentorship, and guidance to field service team members
Maintain continuous collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent customer support and system performance

Required

Associate of Science degree (or equivalent) in electronics, instrumentation, or digital circuitry
Minimum of 5 years of field service or hospital biomedical experience
Network+ certification required
Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting networked medical systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to approximately 75 pounds, with or without assistance
Participation in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency service coverage as needed
